240626-BM8563 驱动移植，IDF-I2C 笔记

在 IDFv5.2 之后 I2C 进行了更新，主要改动为从机与主机进行了区分；并在老板驱动中，需要一个一个指令通过调用函数的方法连接成链表，现在可以直接调用相关的函数即可
